After I checked into room 1517, lots of strange things happened. It made me feel very sick and items in the room moved and my phone constantly dropped from the flat desk. I literally vomited over 10 times the moment I stepped into that room.
Anyway contacted trip.com and they couldn’t do anything to help. Was pretty disappointed with trip.com as I am already a diamond member and was held on the line for over 30min for literally nothing. The hotline staff kept telling me Japanese speaking staff not available and no progress.
Fortunately I called front desk and at first they told me they would charge me $63800 yen for a switch of room, then they sent someone up to the room and agreed to switch me to another room for free after they noticed the problem. New room with the view of the TV tower and everything was fine. Location is great but wouldn’t stay there again personally.

1. Nice hotel staff- receptionist,house keeping and restaurant crew who always welcome to answer your needs
2. Delicious Breakfast
3. Easy walking to any tourist areas and shopping stores
4. Good to have free drinking
We have an wonderful vacation in Japan during the beautiful autumn season,nice people, great food and happy shopping, Thank you all to make us have an unforgettable travel memory. We can't wait to comeback soon for next trip.

Exceptional Stay at Vessel Inn Hotel
I had a truly wonderful experience at Vessel Inn Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
What stood out most was the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the amenities provided. The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions and transportation, making our trip even more convenient.
We especially loved the cozy ambiance and the delicious breakfast options. It was the perfect place to celebrate a special holiday with my wife and in laws . I truly appreciate the effort the hotel made to make our stay memorable.
I highly recommend Vessel Inn Hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and value for money. We can’t wait to come back!

Room for 3 is pretty spacious. Many things are provided for free such as drink bars and tourist informations. Wifi is pretty decent. Breakfast is scrumptious with many varieties served. Recommended for families.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Sakae near TV tower. We loved the service and cleanliness. We definitely recommend this hotel to all those travelling to Nagoya with families.
