Carpet & mattress are very old & quite dirty. Excellent location. You will have hundreds of choices if you are willing to pay just a little bit more. Also, my skin & eyes are allergic to something inside the room.

I was worried that it would be noisy at night because it's in the downtown area of Shinsakae, but it wasn't at all like that.
When I made the reservation, I asked for a room far from the elevator, and they did exactly that, which was nice.
I stayed in a double room by myself, but the price wasn't much different from a single room, so I was able to relax and enjoy a good deal.
There is a Meitetsu coin parking lot in front of the hotel that can accommodate about five cars, but I used the affiliated Central Parking Sakae (1,300 yen for 24 hours).
It's about a five-minute walk, but if you drive from the front of the hotel, you have to make a big detour because it's a one-way street, so it's probably easier to park first.
However, if there is a coin parking lot in front of the hotel available, that's the best option. (Reservations not accepted)

The room is very small. The hotel staff said it is 15 square meters. There is a small stove and a useless sofa that takes up space. It is not available in most hotels. It seems to be converted from an apartment. The aisle is very narrow and the 24-inch suitcase cannot be spread out.

I stayed here five years ago! I booked another room this time. It was a tatami room! Oh my god! I was really shocked when I went in. It was very dirty! And the toilet smelled like urine! The head of the bed was facing the window, which was some bars across the street! I was really disappointed. It was so bad. The price was over 300. I booked it because it was cheap! But it was really bad! The room had a very strong musty smell! I opened the window and air-conditioned it for a long time before it got better! And I felt a little uncomfortable for no reason and didn't dare to sleep! I rarely feel scared and can't sleep in Japan! The room type is not very good.
