The student living in the next room was making a lot of noise in the middle of the night, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep.
Pets are allowed, so it's good for families with pets.

The staff were very considerate, providing small details like toilet seat covers and indoor slippers, and I was particularly pleased with the information they provided about nearby shops, etc., which immediately alleviated my anxieties about being in a new place.

It was located in a quiet residential area, so it was nice and quiet. There was a Nagoya-style spaghetti restaurant nearby, which I enjoyed. It was a unit bath, so I wish there was a public bath nearby.
