I actually stayed a totally of 3 nights at this hotel, with one night skipped after the first. I asked the front desk if they could help me store one luggage overnight while we travel elsewhere, the staff said they canNOT. I don't know if this is a typical practice in Japan but I've made this kind of request when traveling elsewhere and I've never been refused. This made the experience even worse considering the walking distance from JR is actually farther they claimed. The hotel is actually not as close as it seems on map from JR by walking. Be aware if you have big luggage (esp. under cold weather).
Besides these issues, the room was clean and comfy.

A lot of parking area .. boutique hotel great for family love the washing machine but the heater in the toilet sucks didn’t try our clothing entirely walking distance to train station and Takashimaiya door only open for check in after 3 pm over all is good

The hotel in the city centre of Nagoya very convenient only 10 minutes walk to the Nagoya station and the mall.
The staff is nice. He explained everything well and clear when we checked in.
The hotel room is big and tidy there are 4 beds which it fits our family of 4 more than enough. There is a kitchen and a washing machine it makes it easier for tourists planning for long stay.
For self driving there are a lot of parking around the hotel it shouldn’t be hard to look for one.
It was a great stay we would definitely stay here again if come Nagoya again.

Cleanliness definitely needs to improve. Location is convenient since it's around 10 min walk to station.

Room are spacious with 4 Queen size beds. but all replenish and room cleaning need extra charge.
