the room is very nice. Despite being quite petite, you can still fully open your suitcase. The bed is very comfortable too. Seamless checkin, and you use a passcode or a qr code to open your room door. Very convenient

during winter the room aircon is centralised as heater. so if feel the air is still, can request for a portable fan. location is 2 stops away from nagoya station, and need walk about 10 min to hotel

A fantastic stay with a prime location! The hotel is conveniently close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. Plenty of dining options nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I appreciated the relaxing lounge area where I could rest before the official check-in at 3 PM. The Onsen is excellent, the breakfast is delightful, and the rooms are clean and spacious enough—not too cramped. A great choice for travelers!

Walking distrance to train station wih plenty of food options. Snugged in between two 7-Eleven. Effortless check in process and staffs are very friendly. The place is very clean and spacious as compared to other 15m2 prooms. Will stay here again.

It was a pleasant stay. We took a triple bed room as we have a young adult child. The hotel room must be of good size and comfortable as Nagoya shops close between 7-8pm and this hotel definitely fits the description. Toilet has an interesting magnetic push door that leads to the WC and shower area. Toothbrush, comb, bath salt (there’s bathtub for my room) and even body towel is provided. What we like most is their pillows. Good quality. Only Con is that the day and night blinds do not totally keep out the morning sun as the sides can still get light coming in and the sun does rise pretty early here. Super convenient hotel

The hotel staff has excellent service attitude and the room is very tidy and comfortable. The only drawback is that it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk from Shinkansen Station. If you have luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi at Nagoya Station.

Relatively clean room. Good location. Sleep well. The complimentary drink at 2/F is good. After check-out, the way to keep luggage is not quite convenient because it needs to set password on the lock, as compared with traditional way to just let the staff to take care of the luggage.

Hotel Forza is conveniently located in a quieter street off the main shopping street in Sakae. A 5-minute walk takes you to Parco, Matsuzakaya and Don Quijote. There is lots of good food nearby too. Osu is a 15-minute walk away. We booked a room for three pax with a double bed and a sofa bed. The room looked bigger in pictures but was still sufficient to open two big suitcases and still had space to walk. As mentioned in some reviews on Google, there was a musty smell when we first entered the room but after that, we probably got used to it and were not too bothered by it. The room is quite dusty though. There was a layer of dust on the top of the cupboard after our 5-day stay. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for a doctor as my child was unwell and they were helpful to call the doctors I have searched and helped look for clinics/hospitals I could take my child to. Would definitely stay here again because of its good location!

Close to Nagoya tower, we can reach it by walk. Metro around 10 min walk. Convenient to visit the city. The room is clean, no issue found. We had a problem for the breakfast. We breakfast included for 4 because we are 2 adults and 2 children. But we had to pay extra for the children for the breakfast because only adults can use the breakfast that was included.... Hopefully, Trip.com support manage to find us a solution.

Excellent location. Room was very clean and general size for Japan. Drinks bar is very good but would be better if there was more drink variety. Connected to 7-11 so don’t need to go out in the cold. Friendly staff and walking distance to many food and train station
