This is the most satisfactory hotel during the whole trip. Although the receptionists are all elderly, they are professional and friendly enough. It is enough for one person, and the office space is convenient. It is cost-effective and has a good location. I will choose to stay here next time.

Location is superb and pretty safe, even for solo travelers and family with children. The surrounding area of Nishiki at night is lit with busy night life but not so crowded and not so loud, so it's acceptable and fine. Don quijote is only 1 minute away. Ichiran is around 3 minutes away. Subway train exit 1 is only 1 minute away but this exit, stairs only. For elevator exit, go to exit 8 of Sunshine city, it's in the opposite site and only 3-5 minutes away. Oasis 21 is around 8 minutes away. The hotel is old, classic but clean. I will book this hotel again if I plan to come back to Nagoya.

An excellent hotel with great facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. It's ideal for both business and leisure travelers. There's an underground passage entrance right outside, offering direct access to Nagoya Station. However, if you're traveling with luggage, you'll need to use the street-level route.

Pretty standard by Japanese hotel. Simple, basic. Only wish they have provide cotton pads.

Extremely satisfied! When I was booking, I hesitated a bit because the total price for a 7-night stay wasn't cheap. However, I decided to book it after seeing that it's close to the station, has spacious rooms, and the beds in the twin rooms are larger than those in other hotels. Upon arrival, I was so glad we chose this place; it was incredibly convenient. Nagoya Station is directly accessible from the hotel. This made getting to and from the airport, traveling to other cities, visiting Legoland, and meeting for our day trip to Shirakawa-go all incredibly easy and saved us a lot of hassle. There's a food street on floors 12-13 directly downstairs, where we enjoyed several meals. The lobby is on the 15th floor and features Japan's highest Starbucks. A shopping mall is also directly accessible downstairs, making shopping at Takashimaya very convenient. For an extended stay, comfort is key. The rooms are spacious, offering city views. The shower is large, and the bath amenities are comprehensive. The complimentary capsule coffee machine and other in-room provisions were also quite nice. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with incredibly convenient access. If budget isn't a concern, I highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

It is convenient for travel, but the interior of the hotel is being renovated. We stayed for two nights, but we had two reservations with different room types, but we were given one check-in sheet with the check-in time written on it, 2 nights, and the same room number. When we returned to the hotel in the evening of the second day, the room was locked. We went to the front desk to communicate. A middle-aged front desk said that we did not check out on time and asked us to pay a late fee. We explained that the check-in sheet given to us by the front desk the night before had two nights and the same room number written on it, without any remarks, which caused us to misunderstand. We put the check-in sheet on the table in the room and asked the front desk to accompany us to open the door and take out the check-in sheet, which proved to be an operational error of the front desk the night before; at the same time, the front desk the night before was also on the scene and admitted that the check-in sheet he wrote only had two nights and one room number, but the middle-aged front desk refused to accompany us to open the door to take the check-in sheet. We went around for half an hour. Finally, the middle-aged front desk agreed to accompany us to open the door to take the check-in sheet. The situation was true and he admitted that the operation was improper and caused misunderstanding!

It is quite a distance from the Fushimi or Sakae subway stations. If you have large luggage, it is recommended to take the Sakae subway station and get off at Exit 8, where there is an escalator. There is a pillow testing activity on the first floor, which is quite special. There are also additional supplies available for your use.

This hotel located near Nagoya Station is one of my favorites. I have stayed here many times and I am always satisfied with the location, cleanliness of the room, and the service of the front desk staff. Especially the breakfast at Meilai which is very varied. Even in the following days of stay, there are slight changes. Being able to enjoy a variety of delicacies is a happy thing during the trip.

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station and is located in a residential area, ensuring minimal traffic and crowds. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab a beer at night. The breakfast offered is quite good, featuring simple yet tasty options like curry rice and eggs. The hotel room is clean and tidy, though a bit small. Everything in the room functions well. I stayed at the hotel for only one night, so I'm not sure how valuable my opinion is.
