Hotels near Nagoya Castle, Nagoya

The building and the facilities are old (as if I was back to Showa Era) but well cleaned. It’s a bit far from the nearest subway station and Nagoya station. They are saying that you can view the Nagoya Castle from rooms but you should note it depends on the room you’re staying in. The ramen from a vending machine in the lobby floor was good.

The location of the accommodation is extremely convenient, with the subway station just a minute's walk away and plenty of convenience stores nearby. It is very close to the bustling department stores and the Mirai Tower, yet still offers a comfortable and quiet distance, so it is not too noisy or chaotic. The only small drawback is that the bathroom shower curtain seems to have a slight moldy smell, which could be improved.

The staff is very polite and helpful! The location of the hotel is very good which we can go to Mirai Tower and Oasis 21 on foot for around 8 minutes. The hotel near the Central Park where have beautiful night light shown, really good experience to living here, will select this hotel again while my next trip to Nagoya!!

good location, only 2 blocks away from hotel kanko, where the airport limousine stop is located. it is near subway stations and 7-11. It has microwave, vending machine and ice machine in certain floors. the lobby has a comics corner for kids. Since we stayed during the halloween, they gave candy treats for kids. You may take toiletries in sachet packs and bath salts for free at the lobby.

I stayed here during my trip to Nagoya. 1. location It has some locational advantages to look around Nagoya. This hotel is really close to Hisaya Odori station, and still quite close to Sakae station as well. It'll be a great benefit to travelers those planning to use Metro while traveling. We can reach many spots without transfer. Plus, many convenience stores nearby and Mirai tower is only about 5 min away. 2. service I loved thier service. Some of staff can speak English, while some of them can merely understand a few words. But still they try their best to help us by using translators. Also they land us several things that you might need for long travel. (For example, nail clippers, chargers, etc) Plus, you can ask them about some tour information that you might find hard to search. To add some, during my trip to Nagoya, I visited Takayama for 3 days. After that, I came back to Nagoya. During my trip to Takayama, they kept some of my luggage. So I didn't need to carry my suitcase all the way to Takayama. I loved there service. 3. facility I didn't find much difficulties during my stays in this hotel. I slept well here. The only thing to point out is that refrige is not that big and its refrigeration is poor. But, still okay to cool down some beverages to carry around sufficiently so it was fine for me. Considering its price, that's good enough. Plus, there is coin laundry(washing machine and drier) and ice machine. 4. cleanliness As many hotels in Japan, the hotel is clean. Overall, I was satisfied about the stay in this hotel, and willing to stay here when I have a chance to visit Nagoya again. (+) p.s. For those who travel alone like me might not need many things from hotel, but you've got to spend money for accommodation since you are using room alone. This hotel will surely be a good choice for you.

Welcoming atmosphere. They greeted me nicely. The room is so clean and tidy, perfect for a solo traveller. Short distance to bus stations, cafes and restaurants especially the train station!

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is close to the train station and the limousine bus to Chubu Airport.The air conditioning is centralized, so it cannot be adjusted. The room was a bit warm, but we were able to slightly open the window to let in cool air from outside I will stay at this hotel again if I return to Nagoya

The view from room this stay can view to the Nagoya Castle. The view is also nice as the last time is viewing to the train station. Also, beautiful sunrise can be seen from the room. Location is the most convenient and highly recommended.

Central location is a plus: 5 minutes to Sakae metro station via exit 12 & surrounded by an expansive commercial area with its share of tourist attractions. Hotel is not new but the compact-cozy room, helpful staff & reasonable rates are most welcome to a cost-conscious visitor who needs a recharging place after viewing Nagoya sights. Desk & chair in the room + strong wifi facilitate online work on the laptop. Coffee & tea are free. All of the above make for a fairly-satisfied guest.
