Booked Corporate suit, initially allotted normal room no.204, on argument given other room having huge dust in room no.101, After further argument given room no.201, Breakfast time starts after 8:30am. Had only Bread and Tea. Won’t recommend for stay at such higher price. Allotted room no.201 also not in good condition.

Stay was really too good, staff is courteous& friendly. Mainly the rooms are clean and hygiene is maintained very well. Food is too good. This is 5th stay with this property & they maintain the property very well. It is home away from home for me. Keep it up.

The amenities were good but the staff and food were very very pathetic, The reception Staff (lady) and restaurant manager was very rude and irresponsible,
I will never suggest anyone to stay in this property.

Bad Hotel Review • Dirty Room – The room was unclean, with dust, stains, and an unpleasant smell. • Unhelpful Staff – The staff was rude and not willing to assist with any requests. • Poor Facilities – Many amenities were either broken or not available as advertised. • Bad Breakfast – The food was cold, stale, and lacked variety. • Slow Service – Long wait times for check-in, room service, and other services. • Lack of Clean Towels and Toiletries – Had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities.

Room is not clean. Smelling room, ac not working properly. Early check is not available. They charge me for early check-in in hotel. Hotel lift is not cleaned. Dust bin is placed in passage. Drinking water is not good, low quality water avaibility in hotel. Not happy with you over all service in this hotel. Can't recommend this to anyone.

Local water bottles in room, no recharge in tv only one ot two options of breakfast that too poha and bread only. Very unprofessional service staff behaviour. They start playing monile in your room and will sit outside on stairs talking to each other on high speech. Last but not the least very foul smell at few places specially 01 series room
