Recently renovated head to toe! Sleeps 6 comfortably with super comfy mattresses and pillows. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, newly tiled interior bath, heated outdoor shower, screened-in porch, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, storage room with a washer and dryer, new central air system, TVs, wifi, cable, Roku TV, board games, and a Weber charcoal grill. The Outer Banks has been awarded numerous times as the top beach for families! Nestled between Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil Hills and Old Oregon Inlet, this area offers an endless amount of water and dune activities. We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, comfort, and proximity to the beach! You and your guests get the whole house to yourself and will love not having to cross any streets walking to the private beach access. Spend the day on the beach and then grill out and enjoy the screened in patio views & ocean wave sounds! You have the whole cottage to yourselves - a total of 754 sqft. There is a lockbox on the house that you will be given a code prior to your stay. Additionally, there are 3 parking spots on our property.
