入住三樓（7號）四人房上下鋪的房間是套房，有免治馬桶和浴缸，附沐浴用品，毛巾浴巾牙刷牙膏要自備，吹風機可以借用，公共空間也有吹風機可使用，房間用喇叭鎖，同一群人只會給一支鑰匙（要收好喔），退房的時候鑰匙直接放1樓的盒子裡面～
一樓的公共空間大，有四人座餐桌，另外還有吸煙室（有電視），交誼廳是三張大矮桌，一間公共浴室一間公共廁所，公共㕑房是使用明火瓦斯爐，二台大冰箱，鍋具餐具都具備，這裡的住客都住長期的，所以冰箱真的很滿！沒什麼空間可以冰
2樓走到底出去陽台就有付費洗衣機和烘衣機洗衣機每次¥100 ,烘衣30分鐘¥100，有洗衣粉和洗衣精可以使用，也有衣架曬衣繩和夾襪子的可以，但如果下大雨要注意，衣服會淋濕
房間是冷暖冷氣機，入住的時候先把冷氣機濾網清洗一下，風才會出來，上下舖各自有自己的插頭，閱讀燈和拉簾，可以有各自的隱私空間，恢復上枕頭套被單和棉被提供使用，但是不會打掃，要將垃圾拿到1樓分類回收
