Check-in is a mess! It's a self check-in system and there's no staff around. The main door is locked and requires a pass code to unlock. We never recieve the passcode hence we couldn't go in. We tried to call the customer service number on the door but the customer service told me they no longer work with this establishment and gave me another number to contact. I called the other number and the person has no clue about this hotel! They tried to give me yet another number to contact! Thankfully we were able to enter the lobby when someone left the building. When using the self check in system, we found out the booking number we had were incorrect. There is a customer service option on the system which did help us to reach a human being who actually knows something. The customer service agent helped us to check in.
Another frustrating thing is that they don't have cleaning service or even new towels for booking less than 4 nights. This was not communicated to us when booking. It says amenities provided!
The location is nice, the rooms are clean but I will not stay here again just because the whole nightmare at check-in.

I stayed in a suite.
It had two bedrooms, was spacious, and had a great private sauna and jacuzzi.

On the first day of check-in, the tenant upstairs was running around until 3am. I wrote to Rakuten customer service to report it. The customer service immediately handled it and the situation improved a lot on the second day.
