酒店環境很好，設施前衞智能且清爽，前台小姐姐服務很熱情鐵心，周邊停車和吃飯都很方便，下次來奈曼旗還會選擇住這家酒店。

給前台打電話一直不接，一直掛斷，下去一看給對象打電話呢，然後回來房卡丟了，你是扣錢也好，加錢也好，但是給我一張房卡讓我們進去啊，怎麼我定個房間還不讓進去了？跟我説沒卡，我也當前台，我怎麼不信連個備用房卡都沒有呢，挺搞笑的，就知道打電話打電話，差評處理

1、前台服務態度極差，第一次打電話詢問是否有房時愛搭不惜理，到店後態度仍然很差，居然要100按金，退房時因為房嫂不在，加微信過了好久才退的
2、淋浴設施是壞的，如圖無法更換淋浴種類，鏡子除霧功能不好使，洗完澡後水溢出到屋子裡
3、房間內特別冷，進屋時像冰窖一樣，只有中央空調，開了一個小時勉強有個10多度
4、屋子和走廊很重的甲醛味道
