酒店硬件設施很好，客房衞生也挺乾淨。停車場車位還算多，方便自駕。早餐也比較豐富。就是服務對於酒店行業來講，衹能説是沒有服務可言，前台冷淡生硬，從辦理入住到離店退房，根本做不到親切熱情，更不用説主動服務的意識了，確實應該加強前台培訓。
