Good: beautiful location, walkable to most things around the city, great view of the lake, beautiful birds chirping every morning Bad: property is not maintained well. Our bathroom had a very bad, almost septic tank like smell coming from it, we had to keep the door closed and the fan running our entire stay and the smell persisted in the bathroom. The breakfast was included in our price package but it was very average.

It was a good stay and the staff were friendly. Premium room was lake facing and the food was really tasty. The hotel is also in close proximity to several tourist spots, you can just walk around to visit Naina Devi Temple, Bada Bazar, Tibetian Market and Naini lake.

The hotel was very good.It's real palace of king location of near off mall road shopping points , tibetyan market and Bada. Bazaar nearest the room was.It's very spacious , cleaning , awesome food , delicious and Staff very cooperative and friendly
