Room was good and spacious. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. Hotel is located at the hill top which is 600 meter away from mall road and naina devi temple. Food was delicious. They dont have Ac in their rooms because of Cold temperature here in Nainital. hot water timings 8 to 10 AM.

Rooms are small and little congested. Not at all like shown in images. We were very much troubled by the smell of cigarette which someone was smoking in side room.

Room was not clean,unhygienic and not well maintained.It lacks basic amenities and linens were dirty.Food was expensive and above MRP.Staff was rude and not well mannered,manager was ill mannered and lacks manners.Overall ,an pathetic experience.,I recommend NOT to stay in this hotel.

Room was poor, furniture was also bad and smelly. Moreover there were mosquitoes spiders and other insect on the ground floor. I had booked room with balcony but they gave me room on the ground floor because of no availability of other rooms(as per them). I couldn't raise a complaint on time because of the poor network in that area. No WiFi or intercom available in the room. Couldn't believe can provide such a room. Happened for the 1st time but pathetic experience. Had to shift to some other hotel next day.

The property is very old with no facility and amenity as per the modern hotels. Outdated. Bathroom is overflowing. Hot water is not available. Has to wait for hours for basic needs.

Property’s food was ok, location was below average and facilities were below average too. No availability of hot water 24/7, kitchen services were not 24/7, no lift, there was no dental kit given.
The behaviour of attendants were average to good.
The walls of room were chipped
The place was not upto the mark and i definitely overpaid for it
