Bad staying Experience's Bed dunlop are worse , room changed but still the condition same. Washroom taps are worse as fill the bucket in 1 hrs, even after complaint no action from the management and even the hospitality is worse. Not recommend this hotel at all.

Hot water problems not available for 24 hours. Play for children not working All activities are not working just showing in your booking they think customers are fool. Staff try to give other room which we select he say not good but we know what good or bad.

Worst experience with this hotel. There is no hot water the staff is very rude and so careless. Won’t recommend it to anyone ever. It’s better to book hotels near mall road since the entrance is very steep and is not safe. Even the car parking is mentioned to be at owner’s risk.

Stayed with family for 3 nights under MAP plan . It was a wonderful stay with neat and clean spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. Food was very delicious and the staff was very cooperative. Room service was also quick. Hotel location is good with car parking facility.

Room not good humne bada room book Kiya tha or hume chota room diya or room mai sealen bhi thi or staff bahut jyaada batamij hai galat tarah se bolte hai staff ladne k liye utaru ho jaate hai food bhi acha nhi hai driver k liye rukne k liye koi jagah nhi hai

Hotel Himalays was nice.. We booked Lake View Cottage, its large n have every thing which is needed from hot n cold AC, blower, gyser, large room with terrace outside.. Yes you have to climb up 4-5 floor of stairs to reach cottage... Hotel in near bus stand opp to lake...you have to take steep path to reach hotel though just like vaishno devi route but small one

Hotel is located close to Tallital bus stand. A steep climb is required to be navigated to reach the hotel. Hotel has parking. Rooms were reasonably good and maintained clean. They have lakeview as well as non-lakeview rooms. Food was good. Staff was respectful and very helpful.

Hotel and Rooms location are good, like on mountain. U can see lake from the room balcony. Also Prakash Bhai service was superb. He has very helping nature to their customers. Their food and services are good. Room cleanliness are not upto the mark but good.
