We as a family got to the inn after a long long drive from Delhi. It was dark and freezing cold when we got there. Mr. Chandresh Bisht welcomed us with a hot cup of coffee. We were upgraded to a cottage what felt like home. Had room heaters and hot water bags. It waa cozy. The staff made sure of our comfort, made us feel at home. The food was top-notch. Felt like home cooked meal. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Service was matchless. There was live music which enhanced the ambience. Mr. Bisht was friendly and chatty and recommended a few activities which were excellent. Overall we loved our stay. Will definitely go back to the inn.

I stayed for one day only and the stay was very good. Breakfast was very good and was full of options for vegetarians. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The hotel also offers ample parking space and shuttle service for local visit. Room and bathroom was clean. Mr. Chandresh and other staff trained for a pleasing hospitality.

The stay has been super amazing. Mr Chandresh was very kind to take care of all our needs, and the staff at Vikaram Vintage Inn Nainital are experts at hospitality.
