It was just average. The premium price I paid wasn't justified by the experience. On the plus side, they have car parking available, which was convenient. The hotel's location is decent, with a lake about 1 km away by walk. The food was ok, nothing special.

Room was very small and it had very bad bed with very poor quality mattress.
There we had problem with bathing tap as water was coming very slow from hot water tap.
We also didn’t find the room that much cleaned while check in as there was bad old spots on bed sheet, bed blanket& bed floors. The night reception (frant officer chandan)staff was very arrogant, didn’t had manner of how to talk to their customers.

The location is okay not that close to Mall Road so you will have to book a cab. The rooms are small but for one night stay it’s okay. The food was good.

No ventilation in the rooms.
In one of the rooms there was no hot water.
In one of the rooms there was a weird smell. Ultimately the room was got changed.

I booked this hotel for 2 nights and 3 rooms. Overall it was a good experience and the bfast in our package was delicious. We did ordered dinner on one night and it was good and economical as well. Location is perfect as you can reach mall road, naini lake on foot in 10-15 mins.

It was overall a decent stay, with good food, cleaned room and nice hospitality. The location is nearby mall road and it is quiet and peaceful.
