I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. My experience here was deeply disappointing: The room door was damaged. The AC did not work at all. The kitchen was non-functional, despite being advertised as 24/7 access. There was no water pressure in the bathroom. They denied every reasonable request – whether it was an extra towel, a cold drink, or even an extra fan. When we tried to raise these issues, we were either ignored or dismissed outright. There was zero effort to accommodate or resolve problems. This trip was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, but the poor condition of the facilities and the terrible customer service completely ruined it. I genuinely have no words for how bad the experience was. Please don’t waste your time or money here. I wish someone had warned me before I booked.

The only good thing about this resort is that all the Garhwali staffs are great in hospitality and food is also good. But definitely Not value for money resort, we paid 22k for 1 room for 3 nights, rooms, bathroom are really not up to the mark, no music in the resort, no food allowed in room, no toiletries are provided, we were charged for kids food like single egg omelette although it was removed from the bill after my request, I booked the room via a direct company staff instead of reserving via 3rd party but still I was charged over price. Other guest staying in same room paid 30% less than me. Never recommended for family members.

Our overall experience was decent, but sharing a few pointers that may help future travellers. There are 3 categories of room ...Base, mediocre and Top. DO NOT go for the base category. They are very outdated rooms, with broken furniture and dim lights. Air condition didn't have a remote and manually we were unable to set the temperature as the ac buttons were broken. The price they charge (Rs 8k per night) does not justify this kind of room. We immediately changed our room to a Top category, which was decent. But I think it still does not justify the price. None of the rooms have TV. Food was good. They allow you to pack sandwiches for morning safari. I believe, Front office desk, could have been a little warm in welcoming guest. Swimming pool was there, but I think there is a scope to keep it clean. We had fun though. Guitar artist was good. 30 min Movie show was a BBC documentary. We personally didn't like it. If you book your safari on your own, safari guys will charge Rs 300 for hotel pick and drop. For canter, make your travel arrangements, if you dont have a private vehicle with you.

When i got a hotel, they don’t serve the dinner in room, i have a booked a most premium room they having still they don’t have ala carta, washroom drainage system is very bad, i have took a shower then after that in whole washroom it seems like a samll river, toilet flush is very bad
overall everything is bad untidy.

Excellent Hotel Experience!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The food was absolutely delicious — every meal was a treat! The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I also enjoyed the activities and overall ambiance of the hotel. It’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended for families, couples, or even solo travelers. I would definitely love to visit again

Comfortable stay. Resort is in lap of nature and you hear birds chirping. Staff is helpful and courteous. Room was spacious and all basic amenities.
