This is a residence and not a hotel, so you should not expect the same level of service as a hotel, but there were sufficient services such as cleaning and security. The room was spacious and had a good view, so I had a comfortable stay.

The best serviced apartment in Africa. Safe, comfortable, clean, and good service. The transportation is also very convenient, the facilities are very new, and the accommodation is a standard two-bedroom apartment. You can cook and smoke on the balcony.

Service: There were some frictions but they were all solved well. One time I rang the doorbell too quickly and someone suddenly came in and then left immediately. The front desk was able to arrange for us to check in early. It feels like it's a big apartment, so it took a while to communicate and solve the problem, which is also a common problem in serviced apartments. I think the ladies at the front desk should be given a salary increase to make up for their lack of logistics staff. The ladies at the front desk really add points.
Facilities: There are two elevators to go upstairs, and you need to swipe your card, which is safer.
Location: Very good, there are restaurants downstairs, which is very suitable for families to live in, and it is also convenient to take a taxi.
Hygiene: The quilt in the room is very comfortable, but I think the pillow is a bit high.

Clean, convenient and great helpful staff. A big thanks to Cate & Faith at the Front Office for the great service. Absolutely enjoyed since JW Marriot and Kempinski are close too for restaurants and meetings. Also close to the highway for ease of transport.

Eric, Samuel and Faith at the front desk were excellent and provided great service that made my stay enjoyable. Coming from America this hotel is no doubt 5 star quality. Everything is pristine and the pool area is amazing. A+++ rating and would book here anytime!

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Venom My room was clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff did a good job.The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. The food quality was consistent. Some dishes were excellent,The breakfast options were extremely good and we had lko enjoyed a lot. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and I hope this feedback will help you improve your services. The staff and the service at pan pacific serviced suites is impeccable and very nice and friendly. Venon in particular was very helpful and cheerful. At the reception, we always met with Maryann and venon both were very kind and helpful. I thank all the staff members for giving us a very pleasant stay and memories.
