This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff.
John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me.
The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth.
The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated.
This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

The hotel has a novel design, good service, clean and sanitary, but the shower water is a bit small. Overall, it is good, about 50 minutes drive from Wilson Airport during peak traffic hours.

10/10 hotel, stunning location and staff were extremely professional. The rooms were extremely clean and well put together. Special shout out to Maxwell, who was extremely professional and attentive, making sure whatever we needed was gotten as well as his excellent coffee face scrubs for the evening!!!

Great service, ranging from checking in at the hotel without fault, the staff cleaning our bags since they had dust on the Safari, or even Maxwell handing out facial scrubs to help the guests sleep a bit better. Cannot fault. Rooms are amazing and couldn’t ask for more.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kwetu.The room was simply amazing 👌🏾 fitted with modern amenities. Excellent staff who are always ready to assist right from the moment we checked in.They made us feel welcome. Will definitely visit again..

The hotel service was great, the house keeper was excellent to provide whatever I needed. I do remember Maxwell as one of the best and also turndown services was super great with complimentary coffee scrap. Room cleaning was top notch and 8 star for the room services offered by Maxwell. I hope I will come back soon with family.
