This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff.
John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me.
The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth.
The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated.
This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

The hotel has a novel design, good service, clean and sanitary, but the shower water is a bit small. Overall, it is good, about 50 minutes drive from Wilson Airport during peak traffic hours.

Everting was to perfection .. service .. staff… the vibe… perfect hosts .. highly recommended.. for short stay or long stay … the hotel is new … built locally and design is fabulous.. the base restaurant and the roof top are both worth it .. highly recommended

The housekeeping team especially Elizabeth did a great work in the room with excellent customer care. They were ready to accommodate and work on the room when I was able to step out even when it was late in the day. The rooms were clean and well organized

Kwetu Nairobi Curio Collection by Hilton was a fabulous experience! The management team and staff provided intentional serves which made our stay refreshing and memorable. Our suite and the amenities met our needs! Kwetu Nairobi is definitely a hidden jewel.
