This hotel was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with everything. I loved the decor, the facilities and most importantly the professionalism of the staff.
John at reception was fantastic, he recognised I was a silver member and had macaroons and chocolates out in my room. Nick in concierge was also great, they went over and beyond to help me.
The rooms were a dream, the beds very comfortable, decor to dream of and a vide range of TV channels. Housekeeping brought a coffee homemade face scrub which was wonderful and made my skin feel so smooth.
The roof top bar and restaurant is a must; the ambience, food, drinks and views are all top rated.
This is my favourite Hilton I've been to.

The hotel has a novel design, good service, clean and sanitary, but the shower water is a bit small. Overall, it is good, about 50 minutes drive from Wilson Airport during peak traffic hours.

Great hotel, Monika took care of cleanliness sensationally, I have never seen such service in my life, hotel in the forest, new design mega, lots of attractions bart restaurants, great service, I recommend to everyone if they visit Nairobi. Top!!!

Elvis and Elizabeth were my room attendants and they kept my family comfortable during our stay there. They particularly paid good attention to my young children!! They kept our room very clean and organized !! They also engaged the children and we're very friendly with them!!Keep it up

Hotel went of the way to meet our meeting facilities requests. Got very good support from Martin Kiptum for set up and during meeting session. Food is very good and the family style service is well thought out. Good variety with minimal wastage. Kudos.
