The room was super big and very comfortable.
The waiter service was very good. We had trouble taking a taxi when we went to the airport. Denis was very supportive and helped us communicate with the bolt driver and guide the car to the hotel entrance. It was a very reassuring service.
The hotel is also very close to the Nairobi National Museum, a 10-minute walk. There are not many people on the road (maybe because the locals go to church on Sunday), and I am not afraid to walk on the road.

Great place, nice location. Denis and Samuel were super helpful. Breakfast is great, dosas and amazing masala chai. Rooms very spacious and modern facilities. Nice swimming pool to. Mall at the bottom is also nice. Good location. Centrally

It was good that it had quite a few facilities like a supermarket and a food court so did not have to go out to do the food shopping and could order food. Room quality was just okay. Found the room floors quite slippery. Quite small 2 bed apartment compared to other I have stayed in. Second bedroom had a window but no outside view. Very dark. Service - the TV did not work, flick Netflix and it would freeze. Could not watch any TV channels or perhaps not shown how to Washing machine took very long about 5 hours plus to wash and dry and yet the clothes were not fully dry so had to put on dry only circle which again took long. On the last day put a pair of jeans in the wash and when opened the machine the spinning did not work and the drum was full of water. Iron was not great. Did not iron property especially cotton clothes. Not a very nice stay I must admit. You need to improve the quality of the rooms. Have information booklet about the facilities of the room and how gadgets work. Upgrade the room facilities.

The apartments at Broadwalk residency offer comfort and convenience. They are managed professionally with friendly staff. The apartments are clean and well maintained with daily cleaning services and regular change of linen thrice a week. In addition, residents enjoy access to the outdoor pool, gym, steam and sauna facilities. Proximity to the mall (a supermarket and restaurants) within the same complex is a big plus.

This is our repeat visit to this property. The property is very well maintained with excellent staff always helpful. All the reception staff members very helpful. The driver Peter took us around most of the time and was absolutely amazing. We love it and will come back again soon.

Great place to stay! No complaints at all! I recommend Broadwalk Residency as it’s connected to Broadwalk Mall. It’s super easy to get around and convenient for shopping. The apartment was great! Great size! Great value for money. The staff were super helpful too!

Beautiful apartment. Well furnished. Fantastic kitchen and the bathrooms - well designed and spacious. A truly wonderful place and outstanding room. Service was great and even my check-in process was effortless. I will be back for sure.

Very comfortable stay, and very courteous staff. Large studio apartment with all modern amenities, including Airconditioning & Bidet. Excellent location with access to the mall. I suggest including at least a Coffee Percolator in the room. Will definitely consider staying here again. Only negative was the pricing, which hopefully was high only temporarily.
