The location of the hotel is very good. The lobby on the first floor is also very good. There is a bar and a cafe. However, the hot water in the room is a little unstable.

We booked a room with Pullman's hotel for their Valentines Day Special Package. From start to finish, the whole experience was truly wonderful. Greeted by the kind and courteous Jackie, we were offered hot towels and a fresh pressed juice on arrival. This set the tone of our stay actually as from here on out we were marvelled. Pullman's really sets the standard when it comes to modern, fashionable decor entwined with tribal furnishings and artwork lining the walls. Shown to a plush, modernly furnished, top floor room by a friendly porter we enjoyed the decorated bed and rose petals that were elegantly scattered through out the space. Dinner was faultless. A buffet spread that boasted international cuisine, both hot and cold, we received a welcome drink and a warm welcome from all staff. Impressive dining experience that proved they are a worth while choice for a dinner. After a leisurely morning already, we joined many couples at around 9:30 for breakfast. An equally impressive spread, there was nothing missing whatsoever. Full cooked, pastries, juices, fruits and cheeses. The list was endless. Top marks once again for service and food. The hotel has sleek, modern gym equipment and a pleasant swimming pool just beyond which is quiet and tranquil. We finished our stay with a long dip in the pool and a bask in the sun as we had been very kindly offered a late check out. We extend our gratitude to all the staff for making the occasion so special. They are all a credit to the business. Many thanks all!

Our stay at Pullman was really worth it. At first I thought they were in a rather quiet part of town (which added to the appeal in the end), but then it turned out perfect. From the contemporary art to the beautiful restaurant, awesome room and charming staff...10/10!.

We had lunch here today and it was really nice starting with the music ,the ambience, the food was really great and filled with flavours, I would highly recommend for a business meeting or lunch rather .We enjoyed service from laban ,Gloria, Micheal and Virginia. Though it was our first time we are definitely coming back

The hotel is located in very secure area in Nairobi. Love the African style all over the hotel. Made it feel like home. The rooms are clean and cozy. The staff were amazing and professional especially Zachariah at the restaurant. Fred, Nicholas, Robinson and Anthony at the front desk were really helpful and Cynthia in housekeeping. I can only name a few but everyone was really nice. Had one bad experience with the security but the MOD Eunice was on top of it and made a quick recovery. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you everyone for being awesome
