The location of the hotel is very good. The lobby on the first floor is also very good. There is a bar and a cafe. However, the hot water in the room is a little unstable.

I see the hotel is accessible.. nice chair,, the out look of the hotel is nice, cool cafe good, everything good,, good welcoming, nice arrangement, I received good services from Vennessa. HOSPITALITY WELL DONE FROM HER, and even Nelly and security good work

The ambiance is to die for,the beer taste different,Gloria did a good service to us Very good place i recommend for family and friends,i loved the music,the customer service and the food is delicious.The kids really enjoyed the mini waterfalls and the place as we will be back.

The hotel is so nice. I like the expericnce that I had. The people are so friendly, Karibu, they visit you to maintain your comfort. Regarding the location it is center to Nairobi CBD the main business center. The reception will arrange cabs for visit if you are interested. Come, visit and stay Pullman Hotel.

Room are excellent The infrastructure is very nice Staff are good and professional Food is fresh Their room conference are big and the sound system is very nice. The restaurant was my favorite place. It is a place that I can recommend to anyone who is planning to go to Nairobi.

I was on a business trip to Nairobi and it was excellent thanks to Pullman hotel Nairobi... The stay was very enjoyable the staff were kind Sam, Gloria, ancienta,laban, Mike... The food was very tasty thanks to chef sampath he was very friendly to all of us... Next time I will visit with my family
