The reception was so good I felt like I was home already before I enter the apartment. The dinning room was big and spacious for all of us in the family. the best part they have a wonderful bed and nice bedsheets you can't imagine it's cold out side while in side it's very warm. They have everything which is needed in a house.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, the staff were friendly,cozy, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy to cook meals during my stay. I loved how much natural light came in during the day. The location was convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and shopping malls. It was also a quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to relax. Check-in was smooth, and the team was responsive and helpful. I would suggest an upgrade on the Tv’s from digital to smart but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place.

I previously stayed at Cozy in 2018 and it was great, so I expected the same this time in 2024. The apartment we stayed at was run down, with water stains and paint peeling off the walls; water from the showers flooded the floors outside the showers; the washer/washing machine was filthy, not even a single complimentary pod or a little laundrry detergent was provided to get one started; the showers did not have hot water, which was eventually fixed but at great inconvenience to us. On one of the colder nights I requested an extra sheet or comforter. They declined saying it was their policy that guests could only use what had already been provided and wouldn't make any accomodations, yet there wasn't even a top sheet on the beds - just a fitted sheet and comforter. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I would not stay here again, and will advise others not to stay here either.

Great location Extremely friendly staff Well maintained apartments, clean, all amenities functioning. Very easy to deal with. It was recommended by a friend who had previously stayed there and I would absolutely recommend it, especially if you are going with family and friends.

The apartments are lovely and situated in a secure neighborhood with tight security. The staff members are courteous, respectful, and supportive. Entertainment is provided on TV with paid channels, and we received excellent treatment. However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Housekeeping was not adequately maintaining cleanliness as our apartment consistently had dust, which was quite noticeable due to the smell. Additionally, on two occasions, we encountered lizards, spiders, and even a bedbug.

All the staff were very helpful. The apartment room sizes are very large and the everything you need including a large fitted kitchen and big bathrooms and showers.The location is in a very nice part and convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and thanks to the everyone.
