The cleaner stolen my friend money when they were cleaning the room, we caught it on the spot but the hotel security team searched nothing out from them
We reported to the police and CCTV in the corridor showed the entire process and proved that only the cleaners have entered the room.
It's not much but the entire follow up procedure is so devastating, you can imagine how Kenya policies would be able to do anything...they suggested that we lost it during other visits... anyway
The most disappointed thing is for Kenya Marriott branding hotel requested their customers to do this and that (can understand that's the standard protocol) but nothing has been done to mitigate the loss or alleviate the bad feelings for the entire process.
Seriously for a long loyal customer to Marriott? That's a strong wake up call if we should still trust the brand and pay the premium...
