I recently had an incredibly pleasant dining experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. The ambiance was inviting, and the service was impeccable. I was fortunate to be served by Dennis, Maureen, and Elizabeth, who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my meal was enjoyable. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience even more delightful.

Room arrangement is top tier, Seamless connection, the food at the Kahawa restaurant is unmatched, so delicious! Deliberately served by Maureen, Denis and Elizabeth throughout my stay at the hotel. The services are definitely recommendable!

The hotel environment was cozy and the room ambience perfect. The work table was great for work as this was a business trip. The environment was quiet. The staff were very friendly with special mention of Lynn the front desk executive who ensured I got everything I needed for my meetings. The 10th floor workspace is very good for meetings and work as well

Great hotel - well appointed rooms, very well suited for an executive stay. Staff are super friendly and attentive. No issue recommending - good for business travellers and good value for money compared to some hotels in Nairobi. The kind staff even offered me a free coffee while I waited for my driver!

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure hotel, the staff were super friendly and welcoming. I'd like to especially thank Evet for her assistance with my early check in at the hotel. Special thanks to Stephen & Nicholas for their help with arranging for us to visit Nairobi National Park. The breakfast at the hotel was also very good. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were really exceptional, friendly and welcoming. Had a great welcome from Stephen Niuguna and Nicholas Mworia, and Evet at the front desk, who made sure to accomodate me and show me all the hotel facilities. I would especially like to single out Mrs Jacqueline Karaba front office manager, she was a wonderful & professional lady. She and Stephen made our transfer from Pullman hotel to Mercure hotel prompt, ease and secure. Made my stay memorable. The hotel is clean and safe, the rooms were spacious. The breakfast is very good. The staff at the breakfast hall were also very welcoming. Would highly recommend going again! Hassan Ahmed
