Not the first and not the last stay over there. It is a stable and reliable hotel. Nice place if you need to have meetings (can take a seat in the restaurant with quite affordable prices. Reception is very helpful. Wi-fi can be rated as 3 on 5* scale. Housekeeping is doing their best to keep the rooms tidy and clean. Location is convenient with plenty of stores around
No problem with hot and cold water. Shower is nice. . View is as well not bad).

It's pretty good. The price is okay compared to domestic prices. The quilt is itchy, but the other breakfast, bar and environment are all good.

I passed by the hotel to make enquiries. The staff are friendly, hotel is clean and the ambiance is significantly appealing. I would recommend this facility to a corporate business any time. The location is an advantage since it is along the highway.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Our first night was wonderful. We had a housekeeping issue the 2nd night and had to move to a different suite on the same floor. The housekeeping supervisor Mr Cephas was very kind and professional in solving our issues. The staff is friendly, the food is not bad. I must say though that the hotel could do better as far as paying attention to details. Shower glass doors, water drainage in the shower was too slow. Hallway carpet had stains that could easily be cleaned to give guests a 4 star experience.

I really enjoyed the accommodation, the room was neatly arranged and clean at all times. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.The whole team general was welcoming and providing the best services there is. Looking forward to visit again.

Have stayed at Ngong Hills numerous times. Stay has always been excellent! Great location, good restaurant, friendly, attentive staff. Clean rooms. Close to restaurants, grocery store to pick up supplies or snacks. Great free breakfast!! Always look forward to returning. Front desk very helpful.
