We arrived on December 31st because we had to sleep one night to catch a very early flight the next day. Since we had notified the reception that our check out was going to be the next day at 5:40 in the morning, we asked if dinner was included and they told us yes. When we went down to dinner they first told us that we did not have a reservation and that we could not enter, this was the only available restaurant, it was full of people who were going to celebrate New Year's and were not guests. After insisting, we managed to get in. They gave us a table almost at the entrance of the restaurant and the food was very good. In the end, when they made the bill, they wanted to charge us for dinner and we explained again that it was already included and they had to go check it. There is an excellent waiter Marti, the truth is that there is disorganization. They charged us for the soft drinks and coffee, not considering that we had everything included because that is how we had paid for our reservation. There were many people in the hotel who were not guests, but were people who were going to celebrate New Year's. We tried to go to sleep early, around 10pm., because the next day we got up early to take the flight, the room they gave us faced the street and it was a terrible night, because that avenue is completely congested, there was a lot of noise, cars stopped on the avenue and people outside their cars with music, we could not sleep until about two in the morning because of all the noise inside and outside the hotel. We understand that it was New Year's Eve, however, there were rooms available that faced the garden and that are quieter and less noisy and above all they knew from the moment we checked in that we were only going that night to rest and take a very early plane the next day, it was very uncomfortable because it was really too much noise, the hotel does not seem so nice to me, additionally, we tried to get into the jacuzzi of the pool and we could not because they closed it an hour before the established time, because they have to heat the water an hour in advance, the rooms are fine, but I would not do it again

Having worked with Radisson Blu Upperhill as a seasoned events planner in the Nairobi industry in the past & recently this Saturday has not only solidified the fact that this particular hotel is one of its kind. From the minute I had the first conversation with Kenneth Obat who went above and beyond my client and I’s expectations to accommodate & support our needs and wants to ensure we had a successful event is something I am grateful for. He did what he does best and stayed on with us from start to finish to ensure we got the best service. The execution was seamless and we were really in-sync which is every planner’s dream. John Kanyi from the Service and Banquets team were very professional and meticulous in every single detail. Big shoutout to Esther & the team who were assigned at the bar for being such graceful hosts and handling all the guests well. We truly felt at home. Not my last hurrah with Radisson Blu Upperhill but will definitely be back to bring more business & explore even as an individual with family & friends.

The food is amazing. The Chef was so kind. he found the time to come and check on us. Winnie was our waitress. She was extremely professional and kind. She guided us on what to order. She is well versed woth their wine collection. Definitely coming back again

Top notch service, brand new hotel, extraordinary staff specifically Immaculate Mbite for checking on us and asking what more can be done to elevate our experience in the hotel. Every morning I enjoyed seeing the jacaranda trees across the hotel.
