Trip will lose reputation if they show such cheating hotel , mention **** four star but this hotel is a bus stop hotel , never be a single star , just stay few hours then change to another . So low profile hotel I never stay such hotel before , I really too much disappointed by booking this .

Upon returning from our safari, we stayed 1 night at this hotel to leave the next day for Diani Beach. When we reached the street where the hotel is located, we put our hands on our heads, too much chaos for a 10-year-old girl we were traveling with... But as soon as we entered, we got the most pleasant surprise: a real example of kindness, comfort and friendliness. Their receptionist helped us with everything, far beyond his duties, facilitating our stay with each and every one of our needs. Add that the food is quite good and very cheap. Regarding the rooms, they can be somewhat noisy due to the location of the hotel; However, you can rest. The bathroom is not very comfortable, too small, so the toilet is only a few centimeters from the shower and separated from the room by a semi-transparent screen... But in general terms, totally recommended for 1 night.
