Best service ever. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Safe area, clean and very nice breakfast which is made for you as like it personally. The staffs are very nice people. They do everything you would like you'd ask. ASAP! Thanks to all staff working there from the guards to chefs to the receptionist. Especially receptionist Ann and others who are working at night. I will book this hotel every time I'm going to be visiting Nairobi and also the hotel is very safe for your valuable staffs. there's a safe at the room but your other bigger stafs like laptobs are also safe Thanks, Ann and Others that work mostly at night. You guys made my vacation unforgettable.

The four-star system is quite satisfactory. The bathroom equipment is relatively old. The satellite TV is not visible. The hot and cold water faucets are separate, but it should be more reliable in the local downtown area.

To begin with; 1. The location is great 2. Check in was very smooth 3. The facility has the most greenery i have seen Huge props for the complementing the Eco System. 4. My room was very clean 5. The facility has very friendly team. Great job! NOTE: I stayed in room D06 and the WC needs to be checked, it seemed to be faulty.

The service is outstanding, a very well trained team, very good manners and excellent in effectiveness to respond to needs and to find solutions. From Simon the driver, to Maureen at the front desk and Valentine the events coordinator, and the rest of the team are always available and ready to make your stay and your job smooth and easy. Rooms are big and very clean, with a small veranda. The food at the restaurant is amazing (strange to find such good quality in a hotel!), very diverse, and different options (indian, vegetarian...) The possibility to use the gazebo by the pool for some of the training activities gave us lot of flexibility to work outside, as the training room is dark, low roof, with a carpet and the air does not circulate properly. Being this one the unique improvement point I can think about! Highly recommend!

A good budget hotel and the rooms are good. They have good choma on the weekends and the drinks and food is not expensive. Near Uhuru Gardens and southern bypass. They have a nice garden you can sit in and have dinner under the lights and stars. I enjoyed the place and it was not expensive.

We had an amazing stay. The Kenyan Cuisine was what we missed and needed. The staff were respectful and helpful when we needed help. The hotel is close to the mall making it convenient to shop around. Until next time

We stayed at the Crossroads hotel last week. The staff who greeted us were friendly and very professional. In fact, the entire staff for our stay went above and beyond but special mention to Michelle who kept a smile on our face every day!! The rooms are clean and very adequate and the cleaning staff did a great job. The restaurant on the main floor; Barbeque Nation, had lots of vegetarian and vegan options which were delicious. Our only negative, is that the rooms are not well soundproofed. We could hear the television in the next room and some noise from the street. Still, we would stay there again.
