Outstanding
GGuest UserIf I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing.
1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand.
2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”?
3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way.
I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking.
I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking.
Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all.
Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.
RRoy’sThe hotel is just a few minutes drive away from American Village and has free parking space for guests. We had two rooms, both clean and neat, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided 24hr reception service. Overall, good value for money.
GGuest UserThe Hotel is in a walking distance to American Village (~10 minutes). Hotel provided free “Golf car” service between hotel and American village, in the afternoon.
There is also another free golf car service, guess this is cooperated by all hotels in the area, see the timetable attached.
Room is big and clean.
KKK 2232The hotel room is very big compared with other hotel in japan. The balcony is big and the beach view there is nice. I like the design of the room as the bath tub and the toilet are separate.
The room location is good, it is in the centre of American Village, you can visit there easily, the night view of the Village is also great.
MMyaExcellent restaurants, I tried all three restaurants’ breakfast all so great value of money. I especially love the buffet breakfast really huge selection of food.
GGuest UserVery enjoyable stay during the colder month in Okinawa although we could not really make use of the swimming facility outside the hotel due to this season. But the overall experience was very pleasant with the free mini bar my kid enjoyed every evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We stayed on an upper floor which was quiet. The extra money is well spent. The room had enough space for 3 beds. I may come in Autumn again and will definitely consider booking this hotel again.
MMsBeh94Located slightly off the main road but easy to find via Google Maps (we drove a rental car ourselves). Plenty of free parking spaces. Smooth check-in & out process with house rules clearly written in English, the attendant was kind & understood simple English words so no communication issues. We had a clean, spacious room for 3 adults (good for 4; futons are in cabinet) in a traditional meets modern room type with full amenities provided (collect toothbrush set, slippers, etc from concierge). Breakfast was a local Japanese spread (don’t expect too many choices but decent in flavour) in a traditional Japanese teahouse - loved the vibe! Entry to the theme park was free (already part of hotel fee) & was a relatively quick walkthrough - there are some areas of workshops like painting your own shisa, so worth a check if you’re into crafts. The theme park was yokai-themed when we were there in early Sept so it added an element of spookiness to it, we missed the projection at night - it would’ve been a sight to see. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at affordable rates & we’ll be back if we’re ever in Yomitan.
GGuest UserNicely located in Chatan Beach with AEON mall next to it and American village within walking distance. Rooms are well kept considering the older design. Good bed to sleep on. Also free milk and diapers for babies.
SsamyimReally feel like living in a Japanese house enterprise homestay!
The owner is very friendly...
Come with me and drink beer and pour...
Only available in the room! Suite... Toilet bathroom should be public ~
Online introduction thought there was a separate toilet and bathroom
The parking space is directly in front of the house!
The only thing that feels the best is that it is very difficult...
Google maps are wrong four times. . .
Finally, Haocai met a very enthusiastic local lady
I'll go with the tail and get...
In terms of really wanting to do it first! Even the place is not enough to call people to live? 😆
I like this place the most~ It's just that there is a rural feeling~ 👍👍
GGuest UserApartment hotel, quiet, not far from Sunset Beach, more than one kilometer away from American Village, close to Chatan Boulevard, good value for money, good front desk service attitude, it would be better if there were more instructions for using the hotel facilities
