You have to walk up a steep slope. It is not recommended for elderly people who don't have a car to take them there. The hotel is very old and dusty.

A very nice hot spring hotel, the outdoor hot spring is amazing. Very relaxing. The overall experience was great. It's also close to Jishenkan. A traditional hot spring hotel with a great atmosphere. There are very few Chinese people.

There was so much soap scum left in the bathroom. There was mold on the curtains. By the time I went to that room, the room I had booked hadn't been cleaned, and the person in front of me had left a cake in the fridge. When I went to the bathroom, my hair had fallen out. I was there, so I called the front desk and was told that the room next door was vacant, but it hadn't been cleaned yet and was dirty. There was no hotel, so I had no choice but to stay in this room.

The facility is not new, but has a history and charm. I stayed in a maisonette-style room on the 7th floor of Suiwakukan. It was spacious and clean, but it was noticeably old. However, it was quiet and relaxing. The hot springs gush out at 1,600 liters per minute from seven private springs, and are colorless, neutral (pH 7.4), rich in sodium, calcium, and metasilicic acid, so you can enjoy them straight from the source. The food was also delicious. I used the Aiko Gunma Project, and it was reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly, so I would recommend it!

It was my first visit. The hotel has a historic feel. It's a shame that the roof was under repair. It was a Sunday, but there were quite a few customers when I checked in. You can tell it's a popular hotel. The staff member who first greeted me at the entrance was a little slow to respond, but he was never bureaucratic or cold. The room was a maisonette type, spacious, and well-cleaned. This is just my personal preference, but I was happy that the water heater in the room was a Russell Hobbs. I couldn't use one of the hot springs, but the water quality in the large bath and the open-air bath was gentle on the skin and excellent. The bathtub, which was divided into three water temperatures, was also good. However, the shower temperature in the washing area suddenly fluctuates. Even though the water was at the right temperature, it suddenly turned cold. Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The portions were just right, and the staff member's attitude was pleasant. The foreign staff member who was in training was also polite and friendly. My husband said that the hot springs and the food were wonderful and that he would like to come again.
