The hotel is located on top of shopping centre near the city centre. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel offers great value for money. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are very good. There's a nice swimming pool with great views. You can get a good breakfast. Would recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Central Mall which is great as you get access to restaurants and other amenities without having to go too far. Location wise it's somewhere near the city centre so getting around Korat is pretty easy too.

The hotel is in the middle of the city, very good location, spacious rooms, inexpensive prices, complete facilities. The hotel food is delicious and inexpensive. Breakfast has a variety of choices. I was in Nakhon Ratchasima visiting friends when my visa was set to expire. I went to the immigration office and was told that the requirents for extending hai visa in this province were very strict and depended on establishing residence or housing while on extension. The immigration office recommended that I check into a hotel or go into Bangkok and file for the extension there. I checked into the Imperial Hotel. EM, the Front Desk Manager, who speaks excellent English very patiently worked with the Immigration office and completed the requisite forms. Upon return to the Immigration office, they called her three times to verify my occupancy at the hotel. EM very professionaly represented me during this stresful time and I was ultimately awarded the extension to my visa one day prior to the Songkran holiday when the offices would be closed beyond my visa expiration date. Em is a very professional and experienced Accomodation manager who deserves recognition for her role in helping me meet the Immigration requirements. She is an asset to the Imperial hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends based on the way that Em managed my situation.

GERMANY We spontáneously went to Nakhon Ratchasima to visit a restaurant on which I had already written an review – the Chez Andy Swiss Restaurant & Steak House. Since we didn't want to warm, we decided to stay for one night and therefore look around for a nice hotel. So we hit the AISANA which has a quite ordinary review under Google Maps. The most important thing was that there was the possibility of tanking some sun at the pool –, both on the arrival day and on the departure day (with late checkout) – at least the plan was so. The Asiana is a little hidden in a side street, it has a large parking place in front of the entrance. If you enter, you stand in a beautiful large lobby and will be welcomed at the reception in the best English. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was booked for about 40% and we received a good condition for our stay – including breakfast. What unfortunately no one told us when we paid in advance was, unfortunately, massive construction works with a lot of construction noise took place at several places of the hotel at the same time. The main concern was the pool area – which made a bed at the poll impossible, so we would have gone to another hotel, we would have been told openly. Also in our room we took clear construction noise (from 08:00 – 17:00) – apparently there was no remote corner in which we had nothing of it. Here we would have wanted more honesty from the hotel – and if already in such circumstances the price had to be much lower – there was a bear service. We could have been hired for the same price in Grand Aisana to compensate for this, where the review would certainly have been different. In our room, the two beds rolled or rolled around – that should always be fixed, otherwise one guest will be injured. The shower is hardly flowing out and the bathroom is quickly put under water, and we had only half a roll clothes on the room. On request it was found that this was supposed to be done and you just had sent someone to get new...😊 Otherwise the room was standard. Positively noticed us the pleasant space fragrance, the quiet closing clothing – the mentionable good clothing...Surely the best I've seen in &Thailand, the great smell of shower and shampoo as well as the remarkable The hotel was clean and beautifully designed and there is a small MUAN Café and the restaurant KAOPOON, which is already closed at 22:00. Therefore, in the restaurant we only took our breakfast. Unfortunately the selection here was very small – the coffee was thin and did not really taste, a cappuccino is being in Asiana

I have to praise that the room is very clean. And the service of the staff has been trained well The restaurant has a wide selection of food. With a spacious parking lot that can accommodate dozens of cars In the breakfast Classified as a buffet There are many kinds of food to choose from, both Thai and international. Nice hotel staffs & nice hotel. Big & convenient room. There are Microwave, washing sink, kettle, bowl & plate which u can cook in room. Hotel location is very good. Rooftop Swimming, Sauna, fitness room available. variety of breakfast. Really impress to hotel front staffs. Nice stay

Stayed 2 nights during business trip. Booking through internet but have free upgrade to suite during check in. Hotel staffs neither from front desk or restaurant to housekeeping were always greet you politely. The hotel location is good since a small Klang Market just besides it. A large 7-11 just within the walking distance and you can enjoy the KFC near the Klang market if you wish to. 1 thing that the hotel should think of improve it is on pest control whereby the mosquito were everywhere during stayed in the room. Is was quite annoying . Others than that, I enjoyed the hotel breakfast very much, don't ever forget to try their Thai fried egg at egg corner. So yummy and delicious. I might go back to stay again because of it breakfast.

It is a hotel that has brought the apartment to be converted. Renovated into a hotel The place to get in and out is very difficult. Because it is a alley Not small, not big As for the place, the parking lot is not a lot. I can't figure out where if the car is fully booked. As for the same room, the same is an apartment, the same toilet. No change There are stains around, but the staff probably cleaned it. Probably only saw that the A side of zone has been renovated. As for the building where the author sleeps Should not do anything If comparing the room condition at the price booked with Bangkok at a close price Here is considered much more expensive than in Bangkok, I didn't take photos.

On this trip, I decided to explore Thailand more and travelled inland to Korat (aka Nakhon Ratchasima) in the north-east Isan region (about a four-hour, 209 baht bus ride from Bangkok) for a week. Because it is a long way from the sea and a lot hotter (41 degrees), I was looking for a hotel with a pool. The Romyen is very conveniently located, about 10 minutes walk from the centre, but off the main street so it proves an oasis of calm. The pool, surrounded by trees, has lovely warm water and towels are provided. The hotel cost more than my usual budget but it was worth it for all the quality. The large rooms were very impressive with crisp modern lines and an uncluttered Japanese/Zen-like simplicity (there seemed to be a lot of Japanese influence in Korat, with cafes, restaurants, karaoke and a GINZA area). A quiet efficient air conditioner, a big fridge, free water, a kettle with tbags and coffee sachets, a flat tv with many channels and a balcony all added to the comfort. As the food in two of the three Isan restaurants we tried had disappointed, we ate mainly in food courts (The Mall, with its spectacular waterfall and beautiful fish ponds, and Terminal 21 both offer excellent cheap local food -- this is the same Terminal 21 where there was the recent terrible massacre) and the hotel restaurant which was consistently excellent and reasonably priced. We enjoyed their gyoza dumplings, their wontons stuffed with prawns, their spicy pork and chicken dishes. My only suggestions would be safes in all rooms and a bookcase so that travellers can swap books. All in all, highly recommended.
