"[Good]
The jacuzzi bath was relaxing. (The temperature was low.)
You can eat breakfast in your room.
[Bad]
Dinner was difficult. There are few restaurants within walking distance.
The temperature of the water in the shower (it was sometimes hot and sometimes cold) was not stable.
The water temperature in the jacuzzi bath was also not stable.
[Request for improvement]
Inspect the jacuzzi bath (there are some places where bubbles do not come out well)"
"Crystal Resort Korat in Nakhon Ratchasima is praised for its excellent location near shopping areas, friendly staff, and good value, with clean and comfortable rooms and amenities like parking. While it lacks a pool, it’s ideal for budget-conscious travelers, offering good access to city attractions"
"First of all, the location is good because it is in the city center, but the facilities are a bit lacking compared to the price.
I think the door handle can be opened with a snap.
The air conditioner is cool.
The elevator is cold, so if you have a carrier, don't go there."

"This hotel is excellent. Its new, rooms are clean and modern, mine had a balcony and very nice bathroom.
Staff is friendly and eventhough I wasnt able the make use of them the facilities are great, restaurant nice pool and pretty well equipped gym.
Perfect!"
"The location at the entrance before reaching the hotel looks scary, but when you get to the hotel, it's ok. The food and breakfast are varied. The room is clean and quiet."
"Opposite the Safe One Market, moderately 1-3 kilometers. It will be on the side of the road at the end of the lights, quite dim. There will be an empty building in front of the entrance and there is a small sign. Stick the name of the hotel There will be an alley directly into the hotel, feeling that the alley is small, there is no problem with accommodation. The alley into the door of the room will be zigzag, staying on the 1st floor. Overall okay"
"Good service, clean, in the city, convenient to travel, near Ya Mo Monument. Easy to find food to eat, safe, but no parking, must park on the roadside. The room smelled of water pipes. The bathroom, the shower area is small and cramped, inconvenient for showering. This should be fixed because the bathroom is appropriately wide."
"The hotel is in very good condition, the hallways are wide, the bed is good, but the downside is that the shower is not hot, you have to check first."
"Accommodation in the heart of Korat for less than 1,000 baht per night
Located near government offices and restaurants
The hotel looks new and clean, spacious, with lots of parking, good service from staff, clean rooms, soft and comfortable beds"
"It is a hotel with a beautiful natural lake view. The bedrooms are spacious and have good standard equipment. Breakfast is a delicious buffet that meets standards. Considered worthwhile It is a good hotel for the price."

Outstanding
YYeow AnnCentre Point Hotel Terminal 21 Korat is the premier hotel in the city, and conveniently located within the same compound as Terminal 21 shopping mall. It is of high standard, with price to match its value. During my stay, the assigned room was clean and good, all staff including housekeeping staff encountered were polite. There was also complimentary coffee machine at the lobby. For my breakfast, the restaurant was very crowded, with some challenges and unpleasantness in getting a table and long wait/queues for some of the live stations (including Thai tea, eggs). Overall, still a good and premier hotel of Korat.
AAnonymous UserWe had a bad experience staying at Centara Korat.
Our room was next to another room, which had a connecting door. The noise coming from the next room was consistently loud even after 10 PM. There was no soundproof at all. We could hear their conversations.
Despite our request for the hotel receptionist to check on those guests, the staff failed to do anything. They just told us that they had a look. And yes, they just went to look at the door and did nothing.
After almost 30 minutes, we decided to change the room late at night while we were about to go to sleep.
We have stayed at several Centara hotels. This one surely is the worst one.
If you care for a peaceful night stay and good soundproof room, Centara Korat is not for you.
The sound of the door close was so loud. It frightened us up many times at night.
JJaiGReally enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are clean.
The room is spacious and includes a bath, shower and balcony. You can ask for a mii box if you want to watch Netflix etc.
They have three restaurants to choose from. On the 19th floor you will find a well equipped gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a decent size albeit the water a little cold. There are plenty of places to sit by the pool.
The breakfast has a good range of food on offer and tastes good.
GGuest UserThe room was not clean. On the floor and under bed are dusty. The toilet has stain and not clean. The receptionist at night shift is not friendly and like he didn’t want to service anyone.
Check-in almost midnight, and check-out around 9AM, just a night for business trip. Not really impressed. Last year I stayed many nights there and the room was better.
PPiraporn“Fantastic stay! The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable experience!”
HHobbsAndrewTHE GOOD: The hotel was very clean, the staff were amazingly friendly. They showed me multiple rooms and let me choose the one I liked. The room was well equipped with blackout curtains, very comfortable furniture, large glass shower with both wand and overhead rainfall shower heads, everything worked fine. The shopping mall was not far, they allowed me a late check out of 2:00 p.m. which was very helpful.
THE BAD the only two things which could have been better was the breakfast, and more English TV channels, the breakfast was not bad, good service, but there was no recognizable breakfast meat on the breakfast buffet such as real bacon, and while they did have a fresh cooked omelette station there was no cheese for the omelettes. No bacon, only a very processed looking ham type meat, sausage was more like a hot dog, and they had a good chicken dish but it was much too spicy for a western pallet unless somebody really likes spicy food. I got a bowl of hot water to rinse the chicken in to try to make it less spicy. I have a friend who came and paid one day to eat with us but he agreed it was not worth paying to eat there a second time and didn't come the second day because there was no bacon and no cheese. There were good English news channels on the TV, but I couldn't find any English movies or English TV shows. Admittedly I did not look that hard.
SUMMERY: I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO A FRIEND AND I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN, MY ONLY CRITICISM IS FOR HOPEFULLY SLIGHT MODIFICATIONS MORE TOWARD WESTERN CHANNELS BREAKFAST PALETTE.
TTontawan.Everything is clean. The staff are polite, there is a security guard, parking lot, and elevator. The disadvantage is that the toilet is very loud when flushing, and the bathroom has a hole above. There is no problem with the smell in the room, but the noise when taking a shower or using the bathroom will be a problem if you use it at night. The soundproofing outside the room is not that good. You can hear the snoring sound of the next room when walking past. But overall, it is very good if you do not care about the bathroom.
GGuest UserThe service staff is very good. The food is delicious. The water is not very strong. But when I tell the staff I fixed it and opened the water shine for you.
