excellent location, near the Mekong river with good view both in the morning and late afternoon, with car parks, basic room with reasonable size with river view, quiet despite next to the main road, both lady staff are friendly but speak no English, free coffee and toaste in the morning, i will recommend if you need a clean, basic room with parking in a budget price.. no doubt i will stay again

The staff at the counter are very unfriendly. The hotel is not bad overall (not 100% good according to the room price **I understand) but the staff is bad. We will check out and come down to tell you to check out. The staff said to put the key down!! The words "Yes, I don't have it. You don't have it." The accommodation is clean, but the floor mop is a bit sticky. Employees don't take good care of customers at all. The additional breakfast you purchase is sandwiches and coffee. There is no rice. If you want to eat porridge, you have to buy more??? It's a pity that the food cost has increased so much. I understand that I will have breakfast.
