"The hotel is outside the city of Kotor. The view does not see the Kotor Bay but it is very clear to the Tivat airport and the Tivat Bay. There is also a port mountain gro view. There is a very clean air on the hill. People with a car may prefer. "The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards."

"The hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location. The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel."

"Two rooms, each with a large bed, and a kitchen and a bathroom, suitable for 3 － 4 people, you can buy noodles and vegetables yourself and make them yourself, very convenient! Very affordable! The downside is that the shower is not smooth, the water is all over the toilet."
