We stayed in the Garden loggias and had an amazing time. The loggia is really spacious and we truly enjoyed the garden and pool area. There’s a great view of the mountains from the loggia’s and the garden area. We used the bikes at the hotel to take great trips in the surroundings- such a great add on. Staff and owners were super friendly and helpful - we would love to come back!

Beautiful apartment hotel! We stayed three days and were very happy. Our apartment was beautiful, very modern and very clean. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. The services offered by the structure are excellent, from the sauna, to the swimming pools and bicycle rental. Definitely honest value for money. I would recommend it 1000 times!

Hotel veramente bello , il personale è super gentile e disponibile le camere e la zona wellness sono estremamente pulite , gli appartamenti sono spaziosi e dotati di ogni comfort, accettano anche gli animali , quindi un’ottima soluzione per chi viaggia con il proprio cane . Super consigliato ! Posizione ottima per raggiunge Bolzano e Merano in poco tempo .

Der Nalserhof bietet aus unserer Sicht zwei große Pluspunkte: die extreme Sauberkeit in den Appartements und den fantastischen Garten mit den Kinderplanschbecken. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal hier- unsere Kinder (4 und 1) lieben die Anlage. Der Kinderpool ist beheizt und überdacht, angenehmer geht’s kaum, gerade auch für die Eltern. Der Garten ist clever und harmonisch angelegt. Man hat nie das Gefühl, in einem anonymen Hotelkomplex oder auch eingeengt zu sein. Obwohl die Bebauung schon dicht ist. Nals bietet nicht den Charme von Eppan oder anderen Orten im Tal. Dafür ist es hier ruhig. Und trotzdem gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants, für den Fall dass man mal nicht kochen will. Auch den Großeltern hat’s sehr gut gefallen. Deswegen ganz klar: hier kann man eine schöne, erholsame Woche mit der (Groß)Familie verbringen.

Als wir ankamen „stank“ das Apartment furchtbar nach Knoblauch 😫die Reaktion an der Rezeption war „eine Dose Spray die den Gestank vertreiben sollte“. Nachdem wir die zweite Dose nach 3 Tagen versprüht hatten und das Apartment immer noch nach Knoblauch stank reisten wir ab. Reaktion von dem Besitzer „tut mir Leid aber ich kann nichts machen“ Keine Preisreduzierung, kein kleines Präsent, oder eine sonstige Aufmerksamkeit…. So vertreibt man Gäste
