The room was clean, and the large public bath was also very clean and nice.
There were a few times when the trays for the breakfast buffet were empty, so I think this can be improved.
Also, the lobby is small, so it might be difficult, but it would be nice if there were some chairs to sit on.
It was a hotel I would like to stay at again if I'm in the area again.

It's a new hotel so it was clean. It was more spacious and comfortable than other business hotels in Tokyo. The room had a shower booth, but there was also a large public bath where I could soothe the fatigue of my long journey.
Although it is close to Shinrin-Koen Station, there are few restaurants nearby, so it would be best to buy dinner at the convenience store in front of the station or eat it around Higashimatsuyama Station next door.

It was a short walk from Shinrin Koen Station and was very clean. I spoke to a few people at the front desk and they were all smiling. There was no bath in the room, only a shower room, but there was a hot spring, so it was fine. Breakfast was free and we could choose between Western and Japanese food, which was fine. There were only a few salads and fruits, so I wondered if they were cutting costs, but it wasn't a problem. The restaurant staff were also very nice, and although I could catch a glimpse of the kitchen when I entered or left, it was very clean and I was able to eat with peace of mind. The hot springs and rooms were stylish and compact, but it was a sophisticated city hotel.

有名な焼き鳥を食べる為に仕事終わりに泊まらせて貰いました。
ホテルは全体的に清潔感あり、とても居心地が良かったです。
用意されている物で特に困ることもなく、快適に過ごせました。
大浴場もとても良いと口コミありましたが
今回はお部屋のシャワーで済ませて貰いました。
また次回、利用させて貰うときに是非入りたいと思ってます。
朝ごはんは色んなジャンルが用意されており
一口ずつ食べたい自分にとって最高な朝食でした。
どれも美味しくて、楽しみながら食事出来ました。

大浴場(内湯は群馬県からの運び湯温泉/無臭ヌルスベの泉質)のある新しめのキレイなシティホテル。サウナとキンキンに冷えた水風呂、そしてシティホテルにありがちな空しか見えない露天風呂(≠温泉)と一通り揃っています。(ただし、ととのい用のイスや場所は無し) 駅周辺は何もないですが、一応ローソンと24hのウェルシアが側にあり〼。駅前含め夕ご飯を食べられるところが徒歩圏内では居酒屋1件とホテルのカフェレストランしか見当たりませんでした…😅 徒歩利用の人は注意が必要かもしれません。部屋は快適でいい感じの朝食ブッフェ込み。お盆前平日だったのでそれほど高くもなく快適に過ごせて助かりました。あ、TVでYouTubeも観れましたw
