Our visit to the restaurant was planned for Mother’s Day. We specifically traveled 200 km to have a holiday lunch. I was not informed over the phone that there would be large events taking place, that the wait time would be longer, or that our table would be outside. My mother has allergies, so eating outdoors was not an option. After raising the issue, a table inside was eventually found. We waited 60 minutes for soup, and after 1.5 hours the first main course arrived — which my sister finished before the rest of us even got our meals. The quality of the food was very average. The waitresses and the floor manager showed no interest in us and did not acknowledge any problem. Instead of a pleasant atmosphere, we were left with stress and the feeling that this lunch was a complete misunderstanding. I am very disappointed and absolutely do not recommend this place.

Professional staff, food was of a high standard. The bedroom was ok, felt mattress could have been a bit firmer. The hotel has many facilities inc spa, fitness centre. Have an equine area too. The spa is an outdoor area with a sauna, plunge area and jacuzzi

Hotel Jakubus to idealne miejsce na zorganizowanie wesela! Piękna i przestronna sala, wokół budynku duży ogród co daje możliwość zorganizowania przyjęcia w plenerze. Restauracja serwuje pyszne jedzenie a baza noclegowa zaopatrzona jest w czyste i schludne pokoje. Ciężko znaleźć minusy. Świetne miejsce!
