Nice room. The owner is very nice he gonna do the best for helping you. The location is close to the metro and the train station of the south, so perfect for traveling and visiting. You have a grocery downstairs. You have a night market at 5 min walk and a day market at 1 min walk with plates for 8 yuan. I recommand to sleep their.

The room is clean and quiet, and the price/performance ratio is good. Friendly reminder: There is no hot air air conditioner in the room. If you are afraid of cold, you may feel cold in the room when the outdoor temperature drops below 10 degrees in winter. The child at home had a fever on the second day of hospital stay. But overall I still give it a good review, after all, cleanliness is very important.

一家人或者朋友一起出去都很合適，衞生很好，還有一盆綠植，沒有拍照，不過真的不錯，價格也合適，有獨立衞生間，熱水也充足，離汽車站和高鐵站都近，附近也有吃飯的地方，推薦。

1、小區離動車站走路約18分鐘，蠻近的！
2、小區環境尚可，因為我沒抽菸，電梯內常有人抽菸，很不喜歡！
3、與他人（長租客）共用客廳，抽菸、關門及説話都很隨便，尤其房間與客廳只隔一個窗戶，真的有點吵！
4、7樓大馬路旁且在高架橋旁，車聲隆隆，客廳落地門關起來了就比較小聲！
5、房間內緊隔大樓抽氣機管道間，使用時也很大聲！
6、床上有些白色粉末，要加強清潔！
