衞生問題在房間裏面就發現了，還沒有進來坐下，就發現了好幾衹蚊子，第二個就是被單上面很臟臉有毛髮灰塵，然後廁所那邊全部都是灰塵，不知道是怎麼搞的，然後還有就是設備問題設備，我們明明定的是投影房，然後進去之後衹有一個電視老闆還跟我説就衹有這個電視房，但是其實實際上預訂的那個房型他沒有正確的給到我，然後我反饋的這個問題表示我下單之前的圖片和目前現在所有看到的圖片還有設備，還有可以入住的人數都是不一樣的，然後老闆的意思就很差，我要求假一賠3+1賠10老闆拒絕，而且還讓我自己花錢再買一間房?明明是老闆，自己的問題，卻説要報警讓客人出去。我們當時還是開車七八個小時從外地過來的第一次來這個地方印象特別差，簡直就是奸商，而且當天還是大年初二，反正就是大過年的非常生氣，不僅給了錯誤的房子，而且態度極其惡劣，衞生條件極其惡劣!無法表達我的憤怒!!

房子是新裝修的，我沒想到那麼新，衣櫃打開味道有些大，不是很敢住，畢竟身體健康最重要，很晚了到店就確認下單了，沒辦法將就住了，期間因為怕甲醛為了退房和老闆也鬧了矛盾，老闆和這個平台各説一套，但我相信平台説的，房子裝修格局可以，實事求是，但在馬路邊，那是真吵，我基本一夜沒怎麼睡，加上衞生間水管漏水，一夜滴答滴答，我更是睡不着了。還有千萬不要開窗，不然有蟲子進來，起床後發現我女兒身上就被咬了好幾處。還有此店屬於那種無前台，自己直接住進去，住好了直接走人那種，有什麼事和老闆微信説，這種模式深圳很多名宿也是這樣，但這樣有個弊端，衞生方面搞得就沒有那麼好。

新開業的，非常乾淨，房間有免費送水，旁邊是小吃街，吃飯購物還比較方便。有公交車可以去南安市區和泉州動車站。整體可以，價格也不貴
