房間空調不能調，一直保持20度以下，冷死了。
洗衣服務也沒有真搞不懂，衣服都放洗衣袋裡都不會拿去洗，體驗真差，下次不住了。

酒店外觀、房間還行，就是標準間免費送的兩瓶礦泉水太小了，300ml吧，擺的收費礦泉水倒是大一些標準的，那種外面最多1-2元一瓶，酒店買兩瓶5元，喝了一瓶，居然扣兩瓶礦泉水的錢5元。還有就是我們住5樓，3樓的KTV聲音太大，一直開到凌晨兩點，超重低音炮就像打在腦袋裡根本無法入睡，感到頭痛，投訴幾次都無效，居然説晚上2點半以後結束就可以睡了，無語!

房間有做個新的裝修，裏面設施很多都弄的比較好，空間都還可以。有提供早餐，味道等都不錯。總體性價比非常高。

傳統酒店，該有的都有。還給升級了房間，謝謝。就是過年期間入住人多，早餐有點供應不上。酒店離安平橋很近的。
