老闆態度還可以，但是環境太差了門也不隔音，最煩人的是保潔阿姨12點不到就一直敲門甚至直接開了兩次房門，真的很無語，不是説小地方就能沒素質，主要環境服務啥的真的太差了，再也不會來南安了

早上七點準時奏哀樂！辦喪事的地點就在公寓樓房後面，特別近 聲音特別響，我們四人住兩間房，早上七點整同時被吵醒！能理解辦喪事的敲鑼打鼓和音樂，但不推薦來這裏住！房間隔音很差！花灑是壞的，衞生堪憂，特別是浴室角落，而且走廊燈光很暗 看着有點瘮人！但唯一好的就是樓下是一條美食街，停車方便，如果不介意以上兩點的可以選擇

五一假期期間選擇入住這家公寓，主要是看上了它的價格沒有上漲的很高。房間比較大，設施一般，而衞生方面稍微差一點，有蚊子，希望下次有改善。

花灑的水壓很低，出來的水很小，沙發蠻臟的，衣櫃根本放不了衣服，橫桿一碰就掉下來了

入住方便房間很大但是衞生極差，房間有異味。床中間一個坑，其他設施不是壞掉了就是臟兮兮，淋浴噴頭也是壞的。民宿衞生很關鍵，希望改進
