The front desk service is very enthusiastic and the reception is very good. Because the hotel is old, the internal facilities in the room are not good, and it looks unhygienic and unclean.

1.亂收費。退房的時候都説了，還加收錢。2.住了幾天，洗漱用品有些都沒有換，床單和沒有換過差評3.樓下KTV，偶爾怦怦跳的，睡一半一驚一乍。

衞生：我衹評價我訂的房間的衞生，一進門，首先地板就不太乾淨；衞生間的鏡子滿是污漬，我估計有很長一段時間沒擦了，或者從來沒擦過，因為我用力擦了好幾遍，還是擦不乾淨；衞生間浴頭、鈎子什麼的也很不乾淨，基本上房間裏的設定我都重新擦過，不乾淨。
環境：一般，酒店好像還在裝修，門口堆很多器材，我提着個行李箱，進出不太方便。
服務：我對服務沒什麼太大的要求，從我入住到離開，交流很平和、順暢，沒什麼讓我不舒服的；不過衞生沒打掃好應該也算在服務裏，所以不太行。
設施：房間裏沒有連接Wi-Fi的二維碼或者密碼，之前住過很多酒店，都會放連接Wi-Fi的二維碼；我那個衞生間的洗手池旁邊是漏的，一開水就往外滴，洗個手的過程順便把腳洗了，一開始不知道，襪子和褲腳都濕了，真的會謝。
