説是海景房房，到了説是3樓，我定的是4室房套房，給換了2個房間一大一小的床的高層，根本不是海景房，都是側面看到一點，跟實際情況一點不符合，還有換給我房間價格跟我的當時定的價格相很多，要求退套房差價，商家以抬高房價為由不給退，完全不符合心意，看不到海景這樣的價格這不滿意，希望攜程好好審核這種掛羊頭賣狗肉的，都是爛尾樓做了幾個房間來網絡上誘導消費者，還説要不退房吧。

很糟糕的一次體驗！
1。山路蜿蜒繞繞的才到了酒店（帶小孩長者的真的不建議）買個東西叫個外賣都非常不方便
2。電梯一共三台（2客梯一貨梯）去的那天一客梯關閉的，一個在修不能用，剩下個貨梯，又有建築工人運泥沙又要載人，上下一次等好久！
3。住店停車還要停車費，給好評就可以免，極度不適！
4。陽台都沒有安全護欄，對小孩不友好

這次在汕頭南澳島的旅行非常滿意，預訂的這家酒店地理位置非常好，就在南澳島中心地點，房間可以同時看到大海、山景和城市燈光，風景非常震撼。白天可以遠眺碧海藍天，晚上還能欣賞夜幕下的城市燈火，住起來很舒服，特別適合放鬆度假。前台服務也很熱情周到，整體體驗非常不錯，值得推薦！

抱着試試看的心態預訂，結果大大超出預期！這個價位能住到這麼高品質的酒店太驚喜了。位置方便，房間明亮乾淨無異味，隔音效果好。床墊軟硬適中，睡得很香。工作人員態度友善，響應速度快。酒店自帶餐廳味道不錯，價格也公道。公共區域設計有格調，適合拍照。整體體驗非常舒適滿意，物超所值，強烈安利給預算有限但追求品質的朋友！

是民宿，視野很好，房間大小也合適，但個人感覺條件不好，在小區裏面，大多數還在裝修，電梯間，過道衞生條件差，開車去的話每次出入還要給15元停車費。

一線海景，環境很好，下樓走個100米就能看到南澳島的絕美落日，房間明亮舒適。整個酒店區域舒適，打車去後宅鎮也很近，美食很多。
建議在浴室裏加裝一個放洗浴用品的小格子，不然放在地上不方便，浴室門的封條沒有合攏，所以洗澡水會濺出到外面。窗簾弄遮光，不然早上太刺眼了。

位置距離最熱鬧的一段街區衹有一點點距離，但是酒店真的真的非常好，不但可以看海景，還灰常安靜，前台人員都很親切，有問必答，處理問題也非常及時，酒店有洗衣房和健身器械，還可以幫助客人提供冰箱保存食物，相當便利，且房間設計非常新穎，語音智能，衞生間和沐浴、洗漱台全部單獨隔離的，相當好，房間陽台看海景相當不錯哦，點外賣也可以直接送到房間，總之非常不錯👍，去南澳島入住這裏真心不錯👍
