We have prepared a Kaiseki menu where you can enjoy ingredients from Noto and Ishikawa Prefecture. "Abalone Kaiseki" course where you can enjoy grilled abalone on a ceramic plate, Noto pork, and Kamo vegetables.
The natural hot springs on the premises are called ``strong chloride hot springs,'' and when you bathe, salt adheres to your skin, preventing sweat from evaporating, so it has a good moisturizing effect and is also called ``warming hot springs.'' This hot spring is extremely effective for neuralgia and sensitivity to cold.
