房間很新，並且是海景房呢。是落地窗而且還有通風的房間；床單被套都乾淨，整齊；房間不會有異味。並且酒店通道很好看拍照出片，早餐菜品豐富，並且餐廳外有一個網紅打卡點，吃完早餐沿着打卡點可以逛一圈。中午退房在前台寄存行李後才出島，前台服務人員溝通流程服務態度很好！

房間裝修時尚衞生，搭配酒店主打的日出房型，太陽照進房間整體氛圍拉滿；本來定的是日落的，後面到店時間已經晚上，前台特意升級日出的房型
服務態度耐心細緻，很為消費者考慮細節，歡迎水果也不會因為晚上到店而取消，早餐廳位於海旁，邊看海景還吃早餐也是很舒服。

房間很新，雖海景房，但通風很差，玻璃開不了，所以房間等於甲醛房，入住我與同伴均出現頭暈、胃痛、腹瀉、嘔吐等不適症狀，連夜趕往南澳島人民醫院救治，非常不好的入住體驗。
對了，入住時，床單有血漬，讓人感覺很不舒服。
謹慎入住吧，惜命！

客棧地理位置不錯，海景房視野開闊；
設施：最要吐槽的就是設施，看似很完備，其實很多都不實用。猜想是一個不懂酒店管理的人或團隊設計的。1、洗臉盆水龍頭打滑（1413房），下水堵塞，台盆內不乾淨，周邊沒有放水杯的地方（水杯都是一次性紙杯），也沒有掛毛巾的地方，而且安裝的位置是在卧室內，台盆下也沒有放置踏墊，加上水龍頭的冷熱水調節功能是熱水區域都是大水量，導致水飛濺在地面上，容易導致打滑；2、淋浴房內同樣是下水堵塞不暢，熱水區域大水量，手持花灑水量巨大，導致水花到處飛濺，加上下水不暢，一不小心淋浴房的水就會溢出來；3、房內燈光無單獨的照明控制，床邊的枱燈無法使用，使用不便利；4、房內無使用後毛巾等物品的收集籃，床邊櫃的設計很低，使用不便；
衞生：洗臉枱盆和淋浴房下水不暢，台盆臟，淋浴房有異味；
環境：客棧位置優越
服務：1、接待人員沒有在攜程售後服務告訴我的時間內聯繫我，給我的印象就是：時間概念不強；2、早餐供應很差，“管家”通知我們早餐的時間是8:00-10:00，結果到了餐廳被告知是從8:30開始；入住晚上問過總枱，早餐有煮雞蛋供應嗎？回答是有的，結果餐廳人員説沒有；早餐全碳水，連基本的蔬菜都沒有……，明顯就是“敷衍”式的。
總體的體驗感是不好的！

自駕遊南澳島不錯的選擇。高樓俯瞰海景，冬季可看日落。由於周邊裝修，樓道有些凌亂。不過房間內和酒店部分清潔很好。自駕前往，可以提前聯繫酒店，獲得準確停車場位置

風景很不錯😼就是兄弟姐妹們別在酒店下面租電動車🛵太貴了，往後宅區走多一些便宜好多，越往城市裡走越便宜，實際價格大概是50-20元左右
