Another thanks to the boss for letting our pets be free. The room is very warm and comfortable, with a Mediterranean style, fresh and refined, reflecting that the owner is a person who understands both life and mood.
Free parking, the scenic spot is right outside the door, double bathroom and double bed are more convenient, the door is full of snacks and seafood street, and it is also very pleasant to stroll and check in at the Tropic of Cancer Square after dinner in the evening. In short, it is a very good stay experience😍

海景榻榻米超讚，視野比照片開闊，非常漂亮純凈，彷彿窗外一副海景畫，晚上可以看煙花，清晨躺在床上欣賞海天一色很愜意！房間田園風很温馨浪漫，牆面以為是牆紙，其實全部是瓷磚，在海邊防潮抗菌健康環保，要表揚一下小書吧，小孩一下子就吸引住了，哈哈超省心！很多細節看得出房東別具匠心，比如小餐吧枱、藍牙音箱、讀書角、衣櫃、行李架、掛鈎等等，洗衣機配洗衣液，服務也很周到，推薦很多好吃好玩，最關鍵是房間很乾凈衞生，老婆這個潔癖很滿意😀小區像一個歐式小鎮，位置可以説整個青澳灣最好，出南門就是沙灘，出東門就是北迴歸線廣場

地理位置很好，樓下就是美食街。房間的遊戲機不錯。
停車雖然還方便，但是進來的時候特別堵。有一個房間是隔出來的比較小。
房間裏細節不到位，經不起推敲，擺件上面一層厚厚的灰。而且
旁邊很多公寓，到了之後搜尋了一下價格比房東優惠很多。五一來説，房子不值這個價。

房間乾淨整潔，有兩個衞生間，適合一家人入住，周邊配套齊全，老闆服務周到，唯一不是有一間卧室沒有窗户，通風差點，剛進入房間有一股黴味撲面而來，老闆説下雨沒開窗導致的，開窗通風后就好了

性價比還行吧，就是洗澡一點熱水都沒有，外面顯示60度，全程都沒辦法用，打開熱水超級久依舊是冷水，住酒店沒辦法洗澡真的噁心，然後退房時間很早，別的地方12點，他這裏11.30，跟他打電話能不能退遲一點點，是非常沒有人情味的，你沒熱水我忍了，一點人情味沒有是我沒想到的，住了那麼多地方沒給過差評，那我也不需要忍了，住進來的顧客請注意，一定要自己在外面洗完澡再進來#服務差勁

特別好的民宿和老闆。民宿很乾凈，主題設計很獨特，房間裏有遊戲機和很多玩具，非常適合情侶朋友或者親子出遊。房間視野和採光都很好，樓下就有便利店和飯店，附近有景點和美食街，出行很方便。上下來回有電梯，公寓樓離小區大門很近。拿兔子玩偶的時候不小心把頭上的胡蘿蔔弄掉了，老闆也沒有叫我賠，説定期會換玩偶。老闆人很好啊回消息很及時。民宿設施齊全，什麼都有。

春節期間來南澳的，人太多啦，不過停車還挺方便，就是得去負二層，周邊吃的多，就在自然之門邊上，靠近也很沙灘。
性價比沒得説，裝修的很好，裝飾也很滿意，跟房東拍的一模一樣，主要是遊戲機很棒 🤭🤭，還有房間的娃娃，丫頭也超愛。設施也全面。下次來的話，還定你家

兩個房間、主卧長者帶着小朋友睡得大床、可以看海邊動靜、有一個大廁所、家裡有三個空調很給力、次卧衹擺下了一張大床、但是我很喜歡這種、覺得有安全感、因為不是衹有這一個房間、所以不會覺得幽閉、剛好次卧裏有一個小蹲坑、不大、但可以洗澡、簡直不要太方便、次卧出來的陽台就有洗衣機和烘乾機、烘乾機也是特別的好用和重要、剛好都在我要做事的範圍內、所以我太喜歡這個房子的佈局、兩個廁所對於一家人去了海邊玩耍回來以後是多麼的重要啊、哈哈。距離沙灘很近的、附近吃的也多、後宅雖然遠了點、偶爾出門去一兩趟換換口味也行、為啥不選住後宅、因為孩子玩沙灘青澳灣是最好的。下次再來的時候希望隔壁已經裝修好了、就更完美了。房間裏還有遊戲機、有點影響我出門玩沙灘哈哈哈哈。停車也很方便的、樓下地下停車場30一天24小時、但是出去回來又開始重新計時30元。所以停地面、進去15、衹要不動車就不遭錢、晚上10點過保安下班了進去還不要錢。
