民宿位於濱江雅園小區裏，位置很好，過馬路就是沙灘，周邊餐飲也很多。陽枱面向大海，有個房間飄窗可以欣賞海景，這點特別滿意。老闆人很熱情，特意發了車庫位置和各種攻略，很實用。車進庫後老闆特地來接，謝謝！

公交坐到祥雲廣場，過個馬路就到了，很方便。
老闆還會提前確認，下來接，幫忙拿行李。
對面就是前江灣沙灘，樓上就可以觀海，天氣好海景很棒，去海邊玩也很便捷。
在後宅，附近吃喝也都很豐富，晚上下樓在海邊散步吹吹海風也很愜意。

我出差旅遊住過很多酒店以及公寓。這家人給我的印象非常好。公寓在小區裏面。管家會提前聯繫添加微信。會給發攻略，介紹本地不踩坑的地方，介紹小電驢也比周邊要便宜。這邊更像一個地接。南澳島之前也來過，酒店的話就給一張房卡。讓你自己入住。多問兩句就感覺很不耐煩。這家公寓大家可以放心沖。還會再來的

南澳島的風景算是一般般吧，但是玩了回來看到房間倒是驚艷了一下，公寓式，小區裏面，非常方便，離遊客中心很近，樓下吃的很不錯，地下有停車場，就住的那裡有家有財燒鵝鋪，幾十年的老字號了，非常棒，平常的就是點外賣的，管家服務很好，提前加上了，發了攻略給我們，在陽台上看着外面的船心情特別好，挨着錢江灣沙灘，看日落也很不錯，來南澳住宿非常非常多，住到好地方遊玩的心情就好了大半了，我們是悠悠閑閑開車環了一圈，住了一晚，第二天叫了個外賣，吃了下樓再開了半圈回程了

民宿和車站很近，出門右轉就是車站了！管家也很貼心，提早加了微信，到了還在門口接我們，還發了遊玩攻略。民宿陽台是我最喜歡的，可以看到大海，坐在那邊看大海邊吃東西，心情都愉悦好多！

住了2晚。位置很好，進島坐公交到祥雲廣場下，馬路斜對面的小區，遊客中心公交站就在附近。我們住27層視線很好，窗外就是海景，還有飄窗和陽台。老闆很好，提前一天聯繫，我們還沒到站，就早早在小區門口等候。我們帶的80多歲長者，他也特地告知衞生間不是乾濕分離，拿來浴巾給我們洗澡後鋪在地上吸水，還拿來椅子給長者洗澡用，退房後還讓我們去別的房間休息一下。浴室內或者門外再多一個小枱麪放些零碎的洗漱用品會更方便。老闆給的旅遊攻略裏，如果能推薦本地人常去的平價質優的飯店會更好。

位置絕佳，最關鍵是出了樓，走兩步就出小區，真的方便，房子很大，東西多也不怕，乾淨衞生，就是衞生間弄個隔斷就更好了。老闆會推薦實惠的就餐範圍，而不是某家店，挺好的，走路也就十來分鐘，吃的喝的店很多，拐角一家甘草水果很好吃，推薦。出門十來天，家人説這晚住得最舒服，晚上在陽台吹着海風，看着點點燈光，太放鬆了，有機會還來。

正兒八經的海景房，眼睛一睜開就是湛藍的海灣，這裏也是欣賞日落的最佳位置。街對面就沙灘。房間場敞亮開闊，採光非常好。晚上睡覺很安靜。配套設定完善，樓下就是環島的公交站，周圍飲食店很多。老闆很特情。一萬個贊。

走進度假公寓非常驚喜，大面積海景映入眼簾，陣陣濤聲安撫心情 ，陽台上還“偷”看了一場焰火秀。房間乾淨整潔，被子蓋着很舒服；管家帥哥服務非常熱情，有問必答，言談舉止讓人舒服。
